How do you come up with your prices?
Through our experiences from working as Beaver leaders we understand the need to make cost effective purchases at all times. Over the years we have felt that we would waste money through buying craft materials that we did not use. We now feel that the clever craft activity packs save our groups a lot of time and money as all the materials brought are used.
How do I check if a product is available?
There is no need to check if a product is available as any product that is temporarily out of stock will be indicated as so on the online shop for your convenience.
Do you give discount to students/charity/craft groups/bulk orders?
We aim to provide customers with our best products at our best prices at all times. Therefore to be fair to all our customers our price is the same for everyone and as such we do not offer any discount on our products.
Do I receive a confirmation once I have placed an order?
Upon completion of your order you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. It will state the products, costs (including VAT), delivery charge and details. Please check this carefully. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
